She is passionate about restoring and optimize athletes performance by understanding functional movements required of the athlete and sport while targeting and treating athlete specific injury and/or impairments in mobility, flexibility, strength to restore athlete to optimal performance.
Also, she can relate to her athletes injuries as she broke her back in three places after falling over 100 feet off the side of a mountain while mountain biking in New Zealand in 2016. Six months after breaking her back she took on a 10-day purpose driven MTB ride through the European Alps to support her friends mom who had been diagnosed with cancer. Christian returned from Europe with a passion to help, inspire, and encourage others, so whether it's a race day tweak or nagging injury Christian is looking forward to treating the unique needs of every individual she encounters with the up most care to keep them at peak performance!
